Josephine Seiler, 89, died December 11, 2011 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Born in New York City, she lived in Connecticut for many years and raised her three children there, while modelling at B.H. Wragge and other fashion houses. Later she became Dining Room Manager at Greenwich Country Club in Greenwich, CT from which she retired in 1988 and moved to Florida. She was a resident of Jupiter for 21 years and lived at Prosperity Oaks in Palm Beach Gardens from July 2009 until her death.
She was predeceased by her loving son "Gib" and her husband of 38 years, Hugo. She is survived by her two daughters, Stefanie Vizzo of West Palm Beach, FL and Pamela Tonucci of Maplewood, NJ; her three grandchildren, Matthew and Erica Vizzo and Cody Seiler; and two great-grandchildren, Brooklyn and Chance.
She will be buried with her mother and sister at St. Mary's Cemetery in Greenwich, CT in a private service.
Josephine was a remarkable woman, loved by all who knew her. As one friend said, she was "a true lady in every sense of the word".
