

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beautiful mom and nana, Lillian Hammett Hill, “Patsy." Lillian passed away peacefully on Friday, March 22, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones. Born January 4, 1933, to Evelyn and Franklin Hammett in West Palm Beach Florida, she was a proud and true native Floridian.
Lillian was born the youngest of 9 children. She is predeceased by her parents and all her siblings: Grace, Virginia, Margie, Dorothy, Betty, Charles, Frankie, Johnny and last of the Hammett children, now Lillian.
Lillian went to St. Ann Catholic School and fell in love with a handsome boy, Robert E. Hill “Eddie” from Palm Beach High School. They were married for 45 beautiful years until his passing in July 1998. The couple brought three wonderful children into the world, Robert (Bobby) Hill, William (Billy) Hill and daughter Linda Innella who is married to a wonderful son in law, Alan Innella. Lillian was also blessed with six grandchildren: Jacqueline, Robert “Beau”, Lindsey, Kelly, Travis and Jessica “Jessa” whom she shared her love with daily. She also leaves behind family pets that she adored and they miss her dearly: Daisy, Aspen, Bentley, Diva and Bear.
Lillian worked at Southern Bell in her younger years as a telephone operator, and Eddie worked for Southern Bell as a lineman. When the couple decided to have children, she was a beautiful stay at home mom and wife until the children started school. She then became a licensed real estate agent and put family first and scheduled her job around her family.
A visitation for Lillian will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458.
A funeral service will occur Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Patrick, 13591 Prosperity Farms Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. A graveside service will follow on Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Riverside Memorial Park, 19351 SE County Line Road, Tequesta, FL 33469.
Rest in peace our dear Lillian. Your laughter and light will shine on in the countless lives you have touched so beautifully. We love you momma (nana) with all our hearts.
