Marion graduated from Martin County High School in 1981 and had a passion for playing the trumpet, flugelhorn and several other instruments. He enjoyed a hearty prime rib dinner and playing on his computer.
Marion was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Garrett Rogers; his step-father, Thomas A. Rogers his father, Marion L. Garrett, Jr. and his Grandparents.
He is survived by his sister, Kimberly Call; his brother in-law, Gary Call; two nieces, Brittany Ireland (Luke Ireland) and Elissa Call; aunts and uncles, Ron (Fran) Jerger, Leroy (Darlene) Jerger, Kathy (Jim) Dwyer, Harold Jerger, Jr., Phillip Jerger and Judy (Bobby) Lambert; along with many cousins in Florida, Indiana and Colorado.
The family will be holding a private celebration.
