Ross Peter Tsufis

Mr. Ross Peter Tsufis, age 54, of Hobe Sound, Florida passed away on December 31, 2011. Ross lived a quiet and peaceful life, passing away unexpectedly amongst friends while on his annual and greatly anticipated hunting and fishing trip. Mr. Tsufis was born on November 1, 1957 to Bill Peter Tsufis and Marcia Harriett Burgess Tsufis. Born into a military family, Ross was a world traveler as a child and teenager, settling finally with family in Florida. He graduated from South Fork High School, Stuart in 1975 and attended FAU from 1976-79. Always an outdoors man, Mr. Tsufis was a self-employed landscaper, beautifying the Treasure Coast one yard and one tree at a time. He is preceded in death by his father Bill Peter Tsufis and brother Ronald Peter Tsufis. His gentle wit and loving nature will be greatly missed by his mother, Marcia Tsufis, Hobe Sound, Florida, brother, Marc Tsufis, Duluth, Minnesota, sister-in-law, Paula Hungerman Tsufis, Duluth, Minnesota, two nieces, Pamela Tsufis, Washington, D.C., Catherine Tsufis, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and all who knew him well. Memorial services to be held at a later date.
