Rosica, Thomas C Sr – 89, of Jupiter, Florida formerly of Philadelphia, PA and Wynnewood, PA passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 9, 2018. Tom was born in Philadelphia, PA to Albert E. Rosica Sr. and Gina (Cosmi) Rosica on March 22, 1929. Tom graduated from South Philadelphia High School, Kutztown University and received his Master of Education and principal certificate from Temple University. He was employed by Philadelphia School District as Executive Director of Federal Programs for 42 years. After retirement Tom worked as a consultant helping school districts secure federal funding. He is survived by his daughter Janice R. Visco (Tom), his son Thomas C. Rosica Jr and granddaughter Elizabeth Visco. Tom was preceded in death by his brother Albert E. Rosica, Jr., wife Krona Rosica and daughter in law Jaye Rosica. He enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling. Private services will be held at Saint Maximillian Kolbe, Church of the Resurrection, Marmora, NJ. on October 2, 2018 at 11:00AM.
