Wayne E. Sides, 78, born on July 31, 1946, in Grove City, Pennsylvania and later becoming a resident of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, and loved ones on September 16, 2024.
Wayne was a proud veteran of the United States Army, where he served in the Vietnam War, as a mechanic. After twenty years of service, Wayne retired in 1984 as Sergeant, First Class. He continued his career outside of the military as a mechanic until he retired.
Wayne is survived by his loving wife, Ruby Sides; his seven children, Tonia Whitten, Sherri Sides, Wayne Sides Jr. (Christy Sides), Kristy Lopp, Brian Lopp (Shana Sanders), Brad Lopp (Jen Lopp), and Shaun Lopp (Katie Lopp); he was the immensely proud grandfather of sixteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind two sisters and many family members and loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Mother, and two Brothers.
