Angus "Gus" Ioane Chong Sr., 71, of Honokaa, died February 26, 2012 at Hale Ho'ola Hamakua care facility in Honokaa. He was born in Honokaa and retired as an assistant chef at King Kamehameha Hotel and a city bus driver for Laupahoehoe Transportation. Private service held. He is survived by his sons Angus (Monica) Chong Jr. of Kailua-Kona, Alston (Darlene) Chong of Kailua-Kona, Aaron Chong of Baker City Oregon; daughter Renolyn" Kaleo"(Jason) Fuller of Dayton, Nevada; sisters Ethel Andrade of Waimea, Myrna Featheran of Honolulu, Deanna Luahiwa of Honolulu; 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
