

Per Antonia’s wishes her remains were donated to the University of Hawaii at Manoa John A. Burns School of Medicine for research.

MAUI: Prayer service at St. Anthony Church-St. Damien Chapel on Saturday January 19, 2019 10:00 a.m. with lunch to follow.
LANAI: Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday January 26, 2019 at Sacred Hearts Church on Lanai. Eulogy 9:45, Mass 10:00, lunch to follow at Lanai Recreation Center.
Antonia was a seamstress and retired from Lanai Resorts. She is survived by children; Stephanie (Alvin) Cortez, Elena (Eric) Muroki, Paul (Bobbie) Pagay, Jeri (David) Chun and Leona (Garrett) Pagay-Toma; grandchildren Nicole (Angel) Kahinu, Rhiana Cortez, Malia (Colin) Aita, Travis (Kevin Maynard) Muroki, Kimberly Muroki, Brandon and Cheyenne Chun, Garrison Toma, and Garrick (Michelle) Toma; great-grandchildren Alessandra and Kainoa Aita. Antonia is also survived by siblings; Florencio “Foxy” Ribucan, Lourdes Cordero, George (Diane) Ribucan, Marcia Tavai and Bernadette (Ed) Adair. She was preceded in death by husband Severino “Jerry” Pagay, sons Laurence and Jerome Pagay.
Antonia’s family would like to thank Dr. John Janikowski, Valerie Janikowki and the team at Lanai Kinaole whose care allowed mom to live at home.
