Barry Lee Balsley, 73, of Hilo, passed away on Friday May 29, 2015. He was born in California and retired from the Department of Education as a teacher. Private services will be held. He is survived by his son Andrew (Michelle) Hughes of Ohio; sisters Karrie Balsley of California, Mary Lea Balsley of San Jose, Jeri Balsley of San Jose; 3 step Grandchildren, 3 step great grandchildren; 1 niece. Arrangements by Ballard Family Mortuary- Hilo.
