Brian Scott Freitas, 53 of Haiku, Maui, passed away on March 17, 2026. He was born on March 8, 1973 in Honolulu.
Brian was preceded in death by his father, John Freitas; and mother, Paulette (Goddard) Freitas. He is survived by his sons, Keanu (Vesla) Freitas, Cruz Freitas; daughter, Breanna Freitas; siblings, Deborah Freitas, Sherry (William) Blake, Sandra Freitas, Roslyn (David) Lui, John (Rose) Freitas, Ronald (Kris) Freitas, Edward Freitas, Leonard (Deanna) Freitas; 5 grandsons; and 2 granddaughters. He graduated from Maui High School in 1991 and worked as a painter.
Celebration of life will be held this Saturday, May 9th at Hookipa Beach Park at noon.
