Douglas is survived by his wife of 40 years, Victoria “Vicki” Maliikapu-Cabading; sons, Will (Tonya) Smith of Tennessee, Avery (Kim) Maliikapu of Kahului, Cody (Amber) Cabading of Kahului, Bundy Cabading of Kahului; daughter, Demy Cabading of Kahului; grandchildren, Thomas, Senora, Madison & Trinity Smith of Tennessee, Rydge & Braxton Maliikapu of Kahului, Keanu, Kekai, Keahi & Haley Ann Cabading of Kahului, Brilyn & Braiden Cabading of Kahului as well as many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents, Bernaldo and Sarah Cabading.
Private services will be held at Ballard Family Mortuary.
A celebration of life will be at his home 456 Kaao Circle in Kahului from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
