Encarnacion moved to Maui on April 26, 1976, and retired from the Hyatt Regency Maui as a Housekeeper in 2001.
Funeral Services will be held at St. Theresa Church at 25 W. Lipoa Street in Kihei on Saturday, October 26. Family Visitation will be held from 8 to 9 a.m. Viewing is scheduled for 9 to 11 a.m., followed by Mass at 11 a.m. and lunch. Burial will follow at Maui Memorial Park in the lower Meditation Garden.
Encarnacion is survived by her Husband, Ricardo; Daughters, Jeny Bissell (Michael), Mhel Vieth (Mark) and Virgie Choy (Rodney); Sons, Nick Ramos (Cathy), Armand Ramos (Aurea) and Ricardo Ramos Jr.; Siblings, Mary Ramirez, Rosmito Gazzingan and Serapio Gazzingan Jr.; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her Parents, Serapio Gazzingan Sr. and Purita Guiyab; and Sister, Norie Magbanua.
