Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Ballard Family Mortuary, services will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Visitation will also be held on Friday, August 7, 2015 at Ballard Family Mortuary, visitation from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with services at 11 a.m.; cremation will follow.
Frank worked for the State of Hawaii.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Kamakaokalani; sons, Shane and Shannon Kamakaokalani; daughters, Shalia Kamakaokalani, and Shelley (Frank) Carparso; 6 grandchildren; mother, Victoria (David) Madsen; brothers, Frank Keoho, his twin-brother, Francis (Lyn) Kamakaokalani, and Eric Austring; sisters, Kaipo Hanamaikai, Margie Kamakaokalani-Wittkowske (Jim), Kaui Alcover (Alton), Alohalani Victorino, Mapuana Tuli, Mahealani Laikona, and Kealoha Arelliano.
Frank was predeceased by his son, Kaleo Tabon.
