Janell Kainoa Auld

Janell worked at TransHawaiian/Roberts of Hawaii & Akina Tour & Transportation as a CDL Tour Driver. In her early years. Then soon later she became a cashier at Foodland Kihei where she spend her last 17yrs at serving the Kihei community & visitors.

Everyone that came into contact with her knew what she was all about, her smile warmed the room. She made friends everywhere she went. Her pride & joy was spending time her grandchildren. No matter the time or place she was always there for them. She enjoyed making laulaus & catering for parties. She also enjoyed spending time with family & friends. She will be missed by many, along with her heartfelt smile & of course her onolicious laulaus.

She was predeceased by her Long Time partner Michael Rodrigues, Late mother Jeanette K. Raymond & her late father Orlando W. Auld. She is survived by her 4 children. Daughter: Anuhea Auld-Rodrigues; Sons: Mikiala Auld-Rodrigues, Ikaika Auld-Rodrigues; Stepdaughter Schanel Loto.5 Grandchildren: Grand daughters:, Maikela & Nakela Auld-Rodrigues, Kāle’a Laanui; Grandsons: Nainoa & Ke’oli Andricopoulos; her beloved fur baby, Bullet. Along with her siblings: Cheryl-Ann Makilan (Blake), Jonnalyn Auld, Orlando Auld, Watty Auld (Janice).

Services will be on February 21, 2025 at Ballards Family Mortuary. Family viewing will begin at 4pm & Public viewing will begin at 5:30pm to 9pm. Eulogy will begin at 630pm, with prayer service to follow. Family request casual attire. Cremation to follow.

A celebration of life will be held on March 29, 2025 at Kalama Park Pavilion at 10am-9pm.
