Larry Steven Dougherty, 69, of Ocean View, died September 23, 2015. He was born August 11, 1946 in Omaha Nebraska. Larry was a stone mason, and worked in construction. He is survived by his wife, Rochelle Dougherty of Ocean View; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. Friends are welcome 12:00 noon, Saturday, October 3, 2015 for a celebration of his life at Manuka Park. Arrangements by Ballard Family Mortuary – Kona.
