Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2014, at Ballard Family Mortuary; service will begin at 7:30 p.m.; cremation will follow. The family requests casual attire, and limiting flowers to lei only.
Louis is survived by his sons, Chad Lacio, Maika Lacio; daughters, Misty (Tyler Stout) Lacio, Tiffany (Matthew Roberts) Lacio, Kristy (Johnley Uwekoolani) Lacio; sisters, Madonna Otsuka, Vanessa (Rodney) Brittain, Leonarda Norrie; Linda Kepa; 16 grandchildren; and 1 great grandson.
