“Donna” is predeceased by her husband George Tadashi “Mooney” Otsuka Jr; Parents Sophia and Valeriano “Lano” Lacio, Grandparents Genaro & Trinidad Romero,Brothers Rodney Malubay, Louie Lacio and her horse “Brie”.
She is survived by her Three children: son, Jayson (Miriam) Otsuka, daughters Emma Lee Otsuka and Trina (Travis) Otsuka. Five grandchildren, Jaizel (Eric-Gregory) Reyes-Otsuka, Kamea Paoa-Otsuka, Kawehi Baraoidian- Otsuka, Kainalu Maukele and Kainoa-Wayne Moniz-Montira. Sisters Vanessa (Rodney-deceased) Brittain and Leonarda Norrie, with numerous Nieces and nephews.
