Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Makawao, with visitation at 2:00 pm; Mass over urn at 3:00 pm, followed by burial at Makawao Cemetery.
Marie was a dedicated mother and wife who loved to cook, travel, and watch TV soaps. She fought a courageous 17-year battle against ALS disease.
She is survived by her husband, Robert J. Kwok Tak Hing; sons, Dustin (Leslie) Kwok Tak Hing and Torrey Kwok Tak Hing; daughter Sherry (Jeremy) Johnson; brothers, Laval (Genevieve) Ah-Sue, Pierrot (Genevieve) Ah-Sue and Alain (Doreen) Ah-Sue; sisters, Lourdes Ah-Sue, Therese Chan Lam, Jacqueline (Michael) Chung Yeung Wah, Marie Claire Ah-Sue, Claudette Fernando, Laura Ah-Sue and Linda (Robert) Walton; and grandchildren, Hunter Kwok Tak Hing, and Kiara Kwok Tak Hing.
