

Maryalice Ramos Pinheiro Masuda, 57, of Wailuku went home with the Lord on January 14th, 2026, at Kuakini Medical Center on Oahu. She was born on January 8th, 1969, in Kaunakakai Molokai.
Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00AM at Ballard Family Mortuary on February 28th, 2026. Services will start at 11:00AM with burial to follow at 2:00PM at Maui Memorial Park in Wailuku.
Maryalice most recently worked as a senior accountant for Levin & Tabon in Kahului, Maui. She attended the University of Hawaii, Maui College and received her bachelor’s degree in accounting. She was also a graduate of Molokai High School’s class of 1987.
In her free time, she enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley, traveling, and helping to provide care for cats in the central Maui area. Maryalice was a beloved wife, mother, aunty, daughter, sister, and friend. She dedicated her life to the Lord since the age of 21, attending the Apostolic Faith Church in Lahaina, Maui, where she enjoyed playing in the church band and singing in the church choir for many years.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Sheldon Masuda and is survived by her mother Esperanza Pinheiro (late Clarence Pinheiro Jr.), son Jake Masuda, nieces Xena and Xeana Pinheiro, and siblings Clarence Pinheiro III, Anthony Pinheiro, SarahJean Pinheiro, Elisa Pinheiro, Kenneth Pinheiro, and Louise Pinheiro. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
