Michelle Mitsuyo "Michan" Morimoto, 72, of Kahului, passed away on October 2, 2010 at her residence. She was born February 22, 1938 in Kumamoto, Japan. She was the owner and operator of Stephanie's Beauty Salon. She is survived by her son, Mark H. Morimoto; daughter, Sandra (Todd) Saito; sisters, Keiko Fukushima, Isuzu Hotta, Yoshie Kugino; 6 grandchildren, Jason, Sheena, and Luka Snedicor, and Cory, Brennan, and Alec Morimoto; 2 great-grandchildren, Shea & Shelby Snedicor-Tagud.
Visitation: Visitation 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the Wailuku Hongwanji Mission.
Services: Services at 5 p.m.
Interment: Burial at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 15, 2010 at the Maui Veteran's Cemetery.
