Ramona Rivera, 69, of Hilo, passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 19, 2016 at the Life Care Center of Hilo. Ramona was born on December 8, 1946 in Kauai. She retired as a Secretary at T&T Electric. Celebration of life will be held on Saturday April 30, 2016 at the Malia Puka O’ Kalani Catholic Chruch 326 Desha Avenue Hilo, HI 96720, Service starts at 10:00 AM. She is survived by her son John (Hualani) Montoya of Hilo; brothers Vincent (Luwika) Rivera of Hilo, Manuel Rivera Jr. of Kauai, Marty Rivera of Kauai; sister Didy (Carlos) Gonsalves of Nevada; 1 grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
