Ricky Lee Ferreira, Sr., 53, of Waihinu, died February 29, 2016. He was born January 26, 1963 in Hawaii. Ricky was a painter and owned his own company. His is survived by his wife, Shari Ferreira; sons, Ricky (Leandrea) Ferreira, Jr. of Laupahoehoe, Antonia Ferreira of Oregon; daughters, Lokelani Lastimosa, Tiffany Lastimosa and Ashley Ferreira (Nano Perreira-Yurong) all of Kailua Kona; step-sons, Nathanael Lindsey and William Lindsey both of Waihinu; step-daughters, Lehua Lindsey of Kailua Kona, Chantel Velez of Pahala, and Rosanne Lindsey of Waihinu; brother, Abel Ferreira, Jr. of Las Vegas; sister, Wanda Ferreira of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren. Friends are welcome Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 11 am to 3 pm at Whittington Beach Park for a Celebration of his life, with burial to follow at Naalehu County Cemetery.
