

Born on April 6, 1936, at Paia Hospital to Pedro and Teresa Razo, William leaves behind a legacy of love and family. He is survived by his loving wife, Madeline Razo, and their beloved children: Vernon (Tracy) Razo, Vaughn (Sachi) Razo, and Vince (Ruby) Razo. William’s impact extends to his five granddaughters: Jennifer Razo, Kaylee (Patrick) Amaral, Baelee Razo, Alysa Razo, and Megu Razo. Fondly remembered by his siblings Leonarda (Fred) Asuncion, Conrad (Millie) Razo, and Frances (Manny) Silva.
William is predeceased by both of his parents, Pedro and Teresa Razo and siblings Carlita Bajinting, Mamarta Souza, Joe Arcilla, Francis Sevilla, George Arcilla and Marcella Franco.
William was shaped by his education at Maui High School and his graduation from Maui Technical School with certificates in mechanics and welding. A veteran, he served in the United States Army, contributing to the service of his country. Upon his return, he dedicated himself to a career at HC&S in Pu‘unene and later at Hawaiian Telcom until his well-deserved retirement.
Friends and family are warmly invited to join the funeral service, to be held on February 9 at Christ the King Church. The public viewing will commence at 9 am, with the service starting at 11 am. Following the service, William will be laid to rest at Makawao Veterans Cemetery.
