We are very sorry for the loss of your dear dad.  Ryan and I have fond memories of Fred.  He told so many interesting stories of his younger years in great detail, and loved to tell us about his model airplanes.  We will remember Fred for his witty humour and gentle demeanour.  We feel lucky to have known him, even if it was only for a few years.

Sky Rangers Model Flyers, my husband Bill and myself, Luella Cousins were deeply saddened to hear of Fred's passing.  He was always the genuine article, a gentleman, and the voice of wisdom.  I always knew when Fred was around because I could hear him greeting George, the name he graced me with from the first time we met.  Always the optimist, Fred was well respected and loved by the members of the club and was treated as one of the family.  We are sorry for the family's loss but they can take solace in that Fred thought the world of his family and I am sure there are a lot of lovely memories from over the years.  Rest in peace Fred.
