I have great memories of hiking and skiing with Stan. He was a wise and amusing man. I planned to take him to the car show in Logan Lake again this year I am so sorry that will not happen. You will have a lot of photos and I hope his sense of adventure shows through. I will miss my friend and I send peace and comfort to the family.

I have many happy memories of hiking and camping with Stan when I was a member of K.O.C. in the mid 80s particularly on Vancouver Island when he and I hiked and camped among the giant trees of the Carmana valley - wish I had taken photos but instead just have memories. Great times, great memories. I now live in a beautiful area of England where the hiking is great but not the same! My condolences to Stans extended family. Lorelie
