Terese Martell Deegan, June 9th, 2025, age 98, of Honolulu, Hi. Wife of the late John M. Deegan. Terese is survived by 3 of her 4 sons (Michael, Kevin, John and Timothy) and daughter-in-law Bonnie as well as step-grandchildren & great grandchildren. Service and interment plans in Beaver County, Pennsylvania are provided below.

Born in Midland, Pa., Terese Martell was raised in the Pittsburgh area. She went to school in Evanston, Illinois where she met her husband John while he was attending Notre Dame University. Terese was a dedicated and popular grade schoolteacher spending most of her career at J.A. Allard Elementary in Moon Township, Pa. "T.T." was a devout Roman Catholic and devoted much of her life to her church, sons and extended family. Terese was a lover of travel, music, crossword puzzles and enjoyed cross-stitching among other crafts.

A public funeral service will take place at Saints Peter and Paul Church, 200 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009 on Saturday, July 19th. Visitation is from 9:30 am and mass will begin at 10:00 am. Interment to follow immediately afterwards at Beaver Cemetery. Please e-mail [email protected] with any questions.

Terese's ashes will be interred with her husband and son John in Beaver Cemetery, Plot Section 14 East Lot Crypt Number 46-B.
