Axel Garcia and Abel Garcia, infant sons of Javier and Janneth (Astorga) Garcia passed away Sunday, March 13, 2011 at Providence Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 18, 2011 at the Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94th Street, Kansas City, KS. Burial in: The Garden Of Angels in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Kansas City, KS. Friends may call from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2011 prior to the service at the Funeral Home.

Both Axel and Abel are preceded in death by their maternal grandfather Enrique Astorga.

Survivors include their parents Javier and Janneth (Astorga) Garcia, sister Danna Paola Astorga of the home, maternal grandmother Maria Alvarez of Kansas City, KS., and paternal grandparents Reyna Gonzalez and Dolores Garcia of Kansas City, KS. The twins are also survived by several aunts and uncles, Karen Alvarez, Cynthia Astorga, Angelica (Samuel Perez) Garcia, Reynaldo Garcia, Leticia Garcia and Jose Garcia.

Acuerdate, Oh piadosisima Virgen Maria, que jamas se ha oido decir que ninguno de los que han acudido a tu proteccion, implorado tu asistencia y reclamado tu auxilio, haya sido abandonado por ti. Animado por esta confianza, a ti tambien acudo, Oh Virgen, Madre de las Virgenes, y aunque gemiendo bajo el peso de mis pecados, me atrevo a presentarme ante tu presencia soberana. No desprecies, Oh Madre de Dios, mis suplicas; antes bien, escuchalas y concedeme, segun tu voluntad, lo que te pido. Amen.
