Charles was born in Kansas City, Ks to Louis S. Trumble and Jessie L. Harlan on September 5, 1929. He was a veteran and served at General Macarthur’s Personal Honor Guard. After serving, he married June M. Clark March 31, 1951. Before retiring, he was a builder. He also was an avid bowler.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Shelley A. Allen. He is survived by his wife June M. Trumble of 73 years, brother, Jim Trumble, daughter Edie (Bill) Waye, son Keith Trumble, daughter Kim (Dan) Davis, 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren
