To the family of Debbie:
Your beloved mother, daughter, family member will be missed by so many. She was our department Mother, counselor, friend and rock. Debbie held so much knowledge about how the utility operated when it came to  documentation. She mothered us all within the Imaging department and made sure we were taken care of. She was the office sentinel and could tell us within a minute what the sirens were for as she checked her many scanner apps, and/or her binoculars.  I love her like a member of my own family, and am heartbroken beyond belief. She truly was one of the kindest people I know.   May God comfort you somehow with your loss of this wonderful woman. 

My sincere thoughts and condolences to the family (Gloria Holmes) and loved ones of Deborah Rich.  My prayers and thoughts are with the family in the loss of such a beautiful co-worker and friend.  I had the privilege of working with Debbie the (31) years she was employed at BPU.  She was such a kind gentle spirited person and was always willing to provide other departments assistance from the Micrographic Department when needed.  Debbie will be greatly missed.  Rest in peace Debbie...we loved you but God loved you best!  God's blessings, love, peace and comfort to the family.🙏😄

So to Debbie Rich family, especially her mom Gloria  her daughter & grandkids. With deep sympathy from your  BPU family at this times of sadness. 



I worked with Debbie for 8 years in micrographic . She was a real nice lady. And her laugh I will never forget it.  It was so loud. Just like my laugh. . Debbie you will be missed by a lot of people .  Gloria, detra, and family. I am so sorry to hear this.  Praying for all of you. 

Always a smile on your face and kind words and actions to others.  That's how I'll remember you.  Rest in peace dear girl 😪

Debbie was always a hard worker, willing to help anyone. She was so proud of her daughter and grandchildren, always there to boast about what they were doing. She  also loved her dogs. She hated the snow, always arriving early before the snow hit. She will be remembered for her kindness towards others. RIP Debbie, you were a kind soul.
