A visitation for Gerald will be held August 11, 2021 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at Chapel Hill - Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, KS with funeral service starting at 11:30 am. Gerald was born January 25, 1941 Sulphur Springs, TX. He was a Vietnam veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents Louie & Ruth South, brothers Gaston, Harold and Daryl, sisters Mary, Joyce & Louce.
Gerald is survived by his daughters Rhonda & Cindy, brother James South and numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.
