Jacky was preceded in death by her husband, Edward P. Radford; parents Helen and A.C. Tatum; brothers and sisters Laverne Mann, Carson Tatum, Dean Allen, Bill Tatum, Joy Overman, and Dwight Tatum.
She is survived by brothers Harold Tatum of Southaven, MS, and Ron Tatum of Milan, TN; and sons Charles Radford of Lansing, KS and Bob Radford of Harlingen, TX.
Jacky was born on 25 May 1926 in Charleston, Mississippi and moved to Water Valley, Mississippi at an early age. She graduated high school in Water Valley and moved to Memphis, Tennessee where she married Edward Radford in 1945. Jacky was widowed in 1986 and lived in Southaven, Mississippi near her family and friends until 2015 when she moved to Ashbrook Assisted Living in Farmington, Missouri where her sister, Joy, also resided. She lived there for the last years of her life and loved all her friends there.
Memorial Services for Jacky will be in Southaven, Mississippi at a future date and she will be interred next to her husband in Elmwood Cemetery in Memphis, Tennessee.
