We only knew Jay a few years. He was our neighbor in Olathe. We had many great visits over the fence with him. He would do nice things for us. Whenever he was going to have his smoker going he would let us know so we could add something. Then he would always give us our cooked meat and add some ribs  for us to take home also. When we had the covid starting and people were clearing out the stores he brought us a case of toilet paper. We had already gotten some, but he said" take this wanted to make sure you had enough".  That is just a funny story I thought of.  Jack and he would always have long conversations before and after a Chiefs game.   Miss him  Jane and Jack
