Jeannie L. Dunn

Jeannie L. Dunn, 78, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016. Visitation will be Saturday, May 28th from 9:30-10:30AM with funeral to follow at 10:30AM at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66112. Jeannie was born February 7, 1938 to Ralph and Genevieve (White) Loudon in Kansas City, MO. She worked at Kansas City Kansas Community College as a teacher’s aide in the day care over a period of 25 years. Jeannie was a member of the Welborn Villa Counsel and the Leavenworth Association. She enjoyed dancing, playing cards, macramé, bingo and loved working and teaching children.

Jeannie was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Mr. Helm and Mr. Dunn; daughters, Susie and Sandy as well as two granddaughters, Terra and Desirae Lopez.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Toni Lopez, Tammy Helm, Bill Helm and John Lopez; sister, Berdine Britz and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
