Joshua Allen Moore, 27, Independence, Missouri passed away December 3, 2019. A funeral service will be at 9:00 AM, Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94th St., Kansas City, Kansas 66112. Interment will be immediately following in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Josh was born on June 3, 1992 in Kansas City, Missouri to Debra and Christopher Moore. He was a skilled carpenter and was passionate about being outdoors riding his skateboard, fishing, hunting and swimming. Josh was compassionate and enjoyed spending quality time with his friends and family and helping them in any way that he could. His daughter, Melanie was the light of his life and he cherished his time with her.
Josh was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Gertrude Anderson and his best friend, Tiffany Williams.
Survivors of Josh include his daughters, Melanie and Piper; mother, Debra Moore; father, Christopher Moore; brother, Jerred Kaiser; sister, Jessica (Robert) Trygg; nieces, Hayle, Maddieson and Lilly; and grandmothers, Katherine Kaiser and Betty Moore.
