It is with profound sadness that the family of Judy Kay Brock announces her passing on June 15, 2025, at the age of 79. Judy was a devoted mother, wife, and grandmother, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion.
Judy was born on July 14, 1945, in Topeka, Kansas. She was a fun loving, kind, and strong woman who always put her family first. She was known for her love of George Strait, the Rodeo, and any holiday (especially Thanksgiving and Christmas). Judy worked for Mast Advertising and Hy-Vee until her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Keef, and a brother, Larry Klenk.
Judy is survived by her husband, Maynor (Buddy) Brock, of the home; two sons, John Allen (Stephanie), Shawnee, KS.; Robert Allen, Kansas City, KS.; four granddaughters, Rachel (Derrick), Claire, Crystal, and Amanda; great granddaughter, Eden; stepchildren Chip (Sheila) and Bill; grandson Michael.
Judy will be remembered for her infectious laugh, warm hugs and cherished holiday celebrations. Her family and friends will forever hold dear the memories they shared with her.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10am prior to the service.
The family requests that donations be made to The American Stroke Foundation in Judy's memory.
