

Shirley Stockhoff, 82, of Newburgh, Indiana passed away December 4, 2013 at home. Funeral services 11:00 a.m., Wed., December 11th at Chapel Hill-Butler, 701 N. 94th St., KCK. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the White Church Christian Church Building Fund, 2200 N. 85th, Kansas City, KS 66109.
Shirley was born June 30, 1931 in Kansas City, Missouri to Allen and Francis Dale Campbell. She grew up in the Kansas City area, and graduated from Central High School. Shirley married the love of her life Jack Stockhoff and they have enjoyed 58 and a half wonderful years together. She and her husband worked for the McGilley Funeral Homes for many years, Shirley worked at Fulton-Nickel, McGilley Midtown, and retired from Mt. Moriah. Shirley was a member of the White Church Christian Church and the Eastern Star for many years and since moving to Evansville, Indiana, she has been a member of First Christian Church of Evansville. She enjoyed any social event and group she took part in, especially playing bingo and bringing a potluck dish.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Allen and Francis Campbell, one brother and three sisters.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Jack Stockhoff; sons, Gregory E. Stockhoff and Bradley D. Stockhoff and his wife Diane; 5 grandchildren, Adam, Rebecca, Nicole, Jackie, and Michael; 3 great-grandchildren, Conner, Jackson, and Layla and many friends.
