Wanda I. Davis

Wanda I. Davis , 81, of Kansas City, Kansas died April 2, 2018. She was born in Garden City, KS, on June 22, 1936 to Alvin and Irene Woodrow. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry W. Davis and son, Tracy.

Wanda had many roles but what she excelled at was being a wife and mother. She loved music and for her own personal enjoyment played both piano and organ. After raising her children Wanda joined her husband in the real estate business and was a member of the Wyandotte County Board of Realtors.

Wanda is survived by her daughter, Myrna Burdette (Dexter), son, Steve Davis (Beth), six grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; her brother and two sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 3 pm at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94 St., Kansas City, KS 66112, visitation following service.
