Agustina Morales, 89 of Kansas City, MO died Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Kindred Northland Hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:0 a.m. Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Sacred Heart/Our lady of Guadalupe Church, 2544 Madison, KCMO. Burial in Forest Hill Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, January 2, 2015 at the McGilley Midtown Chapel 20 W. Linwood, KCMO, where the rosary will be prayed at 7:00p.m.

Agustina was born May 28, 1925 in Independence, KS to Mauricio and Maria (Gutierrez) Padilla. As a devoted wife and mother of four girls, she also worked KU Medical Center for 19 years. She enjoyed going to Casa Feliz , their trips to the casinos and having friends visit her at home. She was preceded in death by her parents and two daughters, Martha Collins and Anita Esparza. Agustina’s survivors include her husband of 58 years, Mariano of the home; two daughters, Gloria Cervantes of Kansas City, MO and Linda Garcia of Kansas City, KS; two brothers, Carlos Padilla of Mexico City, MX and Jose Padilla of Kansas City, MO; 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren, with one on the way and many countless extended family and friends.
