It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of our beloved Austin Steele Moberly, of Lee’s Summit on July 7th, 2022, at the young age of 20. Austin was preceded in death by his father Tim Moberly, grandfather Kevin O'Hara, and great grandfather Ronald Coleman.
Austin had a sweet soul with a heart that overflowed with compassion for others. He loved spending time with his friends; they described him as someone you could always count on to have your back and make you smile. Austin had a goofy personality with an ear always ready to listen.
His sweet soul also carried a little orneriness that was full of joking around and pulling pranks. Life was always entertaining; there was never a dull moment when he was around. Austin had a spirit of humor and laughter that will never leave our hearts. His slightest smirk brought out his dimples that we will forever wish we could see one last time.
Austin is survived by mother Lisa Moberly, sister Alexis Moberly, grandmother Cyndy O’Hara with partner Craig Padilla, aunt Shelly Frisbie, uncle Devin Frisbie, cousins Taylor Schoonover, and Jackson Frisbie, great aunt Lisa Coleman, great grandmother Carol Coleman, great aunt and uncle Tracy & Mark Bailey and family, along with many other close relatives and dear friends.
Our lives will not be the same and we are at a loss for words without him. We have much sadness and grief with his loss and will be greatly missed by many. We will forever love Austin with all our heart.
“If there ever comes a day when we can’t be together, keep me in your heart, I’ll stay there forever.”
