A Rosary will be prayed at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 1310 Westport Rd., Kansas City, Missouri 64111, with visitation to follow and Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow Mass at 1:30 p.m. in Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, Kansas. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Guardian Angels Catholic Church.
Bea was born on October 24, 1928 in Kansas City, Missouri to John and Antonia Montes. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alphonse Herrera; sisters, Sophia, Alice, Loretta, and Barbara Jean; brothers, Paul and Robert Montes. She is survived by sister, Helen, of Kansas City, Kansas and brothers, John Montes, Jr., Georgia, Larry and Michael Montes, all of Kansas City, Missouri.
Bea will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
