Betty Lee Frank, 80, passed away January 16, 2015. Visitation will begin 1pm Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at Floral Hills. Funeral service and burial will follow. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, James Frank; and her sister, Faye Blackburn. Survivors include her daughters: Pam Smith and Tina Frank; son-in-law, Bob Smith; sister, Bonnie Woods; grandsons: Tony Moretina, and his wife, Heidi, Joe Moretina and Cory Moretina; great granddaughters: Brooke Moretina and Mackenzie Moretina.
