Beverly Morris Hissong, wife, mother, teacher, and daughter of Raymond and Mae Morris, departed this life on June 4, 2012 while residing in Lenexa, Kansas. Mrs. Hissong was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, February 16, 1940 and resided in Lenexa, Kansas the majority of her life. She graduated from Washington Irving High School, undergrad degree at the University of West Virginia, and Master of Education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Beverly is survived by her husband Fredric Hissong, two children Bryan Hissong and Eric Hissong, and five grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 8, at St. Pauls United Methodist Church, 7740 Lackman, Lenexa, Kansas. Mrs. Hissong will be returning to her beloved state of West Virginia for graveside and burial at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Fairmont, West Virginia. Visitation will also be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m. followed by funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 11, at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, 329 E.
