Carol Pisano, 92, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away May 19, 2016. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. followed by funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 22, at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Rd. Private entombment in Garden Mausoleum, Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
Carol was born June 27, 1923 in Bronx, New York, daughter of Charles and Anna (Ament) Seideman. She had been an actress in theatre, film and television for 35 years. She had performed locally at Tiffany’s Attic, Waldo Astoria, Barn Players and Resident Theatre. For three years she toured nationally with “Tony & Tina’s Wedding”. In 1972 Carol won Best Actress Award for “Plaza Suite” in Kansas City.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harry Pisano, and her son Kirk Pisano. Carol is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Chuck and Kim Pisano, grandson Adam, extended family and friends.
