Casey Marie Mills

Casey will always be remembered for her inner and outer beauty. She could light up any room and everyone would simply fall in love with her smile, charm and graciousness. She had a heart of gold and would do anything to help others. Even when she didn't have much, she gave everything. She was tenacious and hard working. Once she set her mind on something she would never give up. She was a fighter. She overcame so many obstacles. She was an aspiring photographer. She loved to take photos of family gatherings and events and share them with everyone. To paraphrase one of her close friends "She was always down for a country concert, a float down the river, fishing at the lake or laying by the pool". She just loved being with her tribe.

Casey will be deeply missed by her parents, Clint Mills and Shari (Clint) Grimes. Her grandparents, Don and Thelma Willis, Elizabeth Sutherland, and Randy and Karen Grimes. Her siblings, Clifford Mills, Morgan (Joe) Linder, Curtis (Kylie) Grimes, Luke Grimes and Allie Grimes. Her aunts and uncles Marleen (Stan) Morrill, Sheena (Tim) Kinslow, Cliff (Maryanne) Mills, Patricia (Joe) Ison, Dawn (Demian) Keen, Ryan (Karrie) Grimes. Her cousins, Chris Morrill, Alana Kolster, Jacob Crutcher, Tyler Crutcher, Chance Gray, Spencer Gray, Laken Green, Isabel Ison and Rachel Grimes. Her niece Raelyn Linder and nephews Elias Linder, Declan Grimes and Malachi Grimes. Her long-time best friend Jessica Williams and the love of her life Blake Burau. And so many other family and friends.

Casey is preceded in death by her great grandparents, JH and Virgie Barrett and Maria Chappelle, her grandmother Marie Carlson, her aunt Maria Romero, her great uncles, Richard Barrett, Bub Barrett, and David Barrett, and her nephew Owen Linder.

A celebration of life will be held on a warm, sunny summer day by the pool.
