Chuck was born on September 18, 1959 in Kansas City, Missouri to Martha and Clarence Gicinto. He graduated from William Chrisman High School in Independence, Missouri. In 1983, he married Bobbie Gicinto and they had two children, Whitney in 1987 and Courtney in 1989. He worked for General Mills and KCP&L, where he retired from in 2019. Chuck loved watching football, fishing, Nascar, watching his grandkids’ activities, and being with friends and family.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Martha Gicinto in 2006 and 2014, and his wife Barbara “Bobbie” Gicinto in 2011.
He is survived by his daughter Whitney Davison and her husband Joshua Davison of Blue Springs, daughter Courtney Gicinto of Oak Grove, sister Cheryl Green of Lee’s Summit, grandchildren Connor Krough, Claire Davison, Caleb Davison, Bella Bentencourt, Gavoni Siebenmorgan, and Vinny Schwinefus, favorite niece Jamie Munoz, and favorite nephew Josh Green.
A visitation will be held from 1-2 PM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place at 2:00 PM at the same location, followed by a graveside service at Floral Hills East Memorial Gardens in Lee’s Summit.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Chuck’s name to the American Cancer Society.
