Charles Lee Smith Jr. was born to Charles L. Smith Sr. and Carrie L. Burns on June 15, 1939 in Kansas City, Missouri. Both parents preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Alvin C. and Johnny L. Smith.
He departed this life on May 11, 2016. He was a member of the Living Grace Fellowship.

Moore II, Kansas City, Kansas, Dellmen Allen, Kansas City, Kansas, Daniel Smith, C, Jy'Aire Smith Kansas City, Kansas, Bently James Turner, Helena, Montana, Keenan Ray Dubois-Smith, Helena, Montana, Harper Raegan Dubois-Smith, Helena, Montana, Aijalon Edwards, Mission, Kansas, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
