He is survived by wife Barbara Gifford, son Charles L Smith, daughters Pamela A Cacho (Johnathan Cacho), Ruth I Garcia (Oliver Cortes), and 2 grandchildren, Tiffany L Smith and Brandon J Cacho all of Kansas City, KS.
Mr. Smith was a wonderful father, husband, and grandfather who will be deeply missed. He enjoyed gardening, collecting coins, and being with his family. Visitation will be Saturday September 15, 2018 at 9 am, funeral services at 10 am at Floral Hills Funeral Home in Raytown, MO, and burial at 1 pm at Swan Lake Cemetery in Grain Valley MO.
