Frank D. Julian, affectionately known as “Frog,” passed away on September 20, 2025, surrounded by family. A mechanical engineer, inventor, marine, and pilot, Frank was a man of many talents, storytelling, and endless curiosity. He also loved the simple joys of lifetime on the golf course, time with friends, and time with family.
A self-made man and a tireless worker, Frank built a life defined by perseverance, generosity, and love. He was a devoted husband, a proud father, and a loyal friend who was always ready to lend a hand to others.
Frank’s legacy lives on through his wife, five children, seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by the countless lives he touched.
Visitation will be from 6 - 8 PM Friday, September 26, 2005 at McGilley State Line Chapel with military honors presented at 7 PM.
