Lucille Cox, 85, of Kansas City North passed away November 1, 2010. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, November 5th at Mt. Washington Cemetery 614 Brookside Independence, MO 64053. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Charles Youth Group.
Lucille was born June 23, 1925 in North Kansas City, MO on the family farm. She graduated from NKC High School and was a lifelong resident of Kansas City North. Lucille worked for Cook Paints for 12 years and at Parmlee Industries for over 25 years. Lucille dedicated her life to taking care of others and thought family was everything.
Lucille was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Donald. Survivors include; her son, Larry Cox and wife Denise, daughter, Donna Fox and husband Kenny, a sister, Gladys Wood, sister-in-law, Mildred Cox, 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
