Javier Salgado Cervantes, 18, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away tragically on October 30, 2022. Javier was always a little wild. From the time he could walk, he was climbing the door frames. He was a very loyal person. The people he loved, he loved with all his heart. He was also a very forgiving person. If someone did him wrong, he always gave him a second chance. Javier had just started his life. He turned 18 on July 3 and just graduated from High School in May. He was in the process of starting his career in the construction industry.
Javier leaves behind his parents, Cheri and Heriberto Cervantes; siblings: Adrianna, Armando, Lily, David, Daniel and Guillermo; grandparents, Debbie Rieschick, Richard Seefeldt, Mario and Juana Cervantes; uncle, Sean Seefeldt (Heather), Pedro, aunt Sarah Johnson (Ronny), Maria (Miguel), Fedelia (Marcos); and cousins: Dylan, Caleb, Destiny, George, Steven, Daisy, Lupita, Smith, Jennifer, Jasmin, Jocelyn and Marvin.
He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Jim Rieschick.
A visitation will be held from 1-2 PM, service 2 PM, on Wednesday, November 9, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd Kansas City, MO 64133.
